Ways to Give

A true measure of the quality of a community is how its people care for others who need their help.  We’re fortunate to live in an area where giving, generosity and assisting others are deeply held values.  Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital Foundation provides a way for you to support advances in treatment and technology across a spectrum of health care services at Community Memorial Hospital, CMH Raiter Clinic and Sunnyside Health Care Center. Some donors find comfort, others find joy in connecting to the community by giving a gift of hope and healing.

Listed below are the many gift-giving options that you may find meaningful. We thank you in advance for your consideration.

COVID-19 Relief Fund

We realize the tremendous impact this pandemic has had on our entire community; amid it all, Community Memorial Hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center in Cloquet pledges to continue standing strong as a regional healthcare leader and partner.  We are working tirelessly to ensure that our patients and residents are safe and cared for while we anticipate and prepare for what might be next.

With COVID-19 taxing the resources of medical facilities across the globe, CCMH Foundation has established a COVID-19 Relief Fund to support Community Memorial Hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center. Our fundraising efforts will help offset the costs of PPE, enhanced testing capabilities, patient financial assistance, and a multitude of other expenses related to the catastrophic crisis.
